Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking or a freight booking reference by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery timescales

• Accessories and smaller items: 2–5 business days.
• Infrared cabins: 5–10 business days.
• Barrel, outdoor and hybrid saunas: 10–20 business days.
• Cold plunge tubs and chillers: 5–15 business days.

Lead times on made-to-order cabins are confirmed by email after your order is placed.

Kerbside freight

Large units are delivered kerbside on a pallet by a single driver. Please arrange help to move the crates into position, and check that the delivery vehicle can reach your address. Let us know in advance about narrow lanes, steep drives, gated access or restricted parking.

Inspection on arrival

Inspect the packaging before signing. If anything is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or repair with the manufacturer.

Installation

Installation guidance and manufacturer documentation are included with every cabin. Electrical connection must be completed by a qualified electrician, and hard-wired heaters may require a dedicated circuit. We are happy to review your power supply before you order.
