By placing an order with Sauna Living Co. you agree to the terms below.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error or payment cannot be verified, and will refund you in full in that case.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing.
Product information
Specifications, dimensions and images are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Check the exact model specification before ordering if a dimension or electrical requirement is critical to your installation.
Safe use
Saunas and cold plunge tubs must be installed and used in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, circulatory condition or any other relevant medical concern. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for installation costs, indirect losses or damage arising from misuse or incorrect installation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
